Top Coat & Base Coat Need

 

Please Note: HNM NAIL GELS are designed to be used in layers. This allows you to use multiple nail gels together as well as the special effects nail gels to achieve your desired color and finish. Furthermore, multiple coats may be required especially for lighter colors to achieve your desired color and finish.

Step 1. Clean nails then trim surface as normal manicure process.

Step 2. Fully shake up the polish , it can make the polish color be balanced.

Step 3. Apply base coat first, which can make polish lasting longer, cure with UV lamp for 2 minutes or LED lamp for 60 seconds. (Necessary)

Step 4. Apply first layer of color polish directly, cured with UV lamp for 2 minutes or cured with LED lamp for 60 seconds.

Step 5. Apply removable top coat, which can make color more shining, and then cured by UV lamp or LED lamp.

Step 6. Remove the tacky surface with cotton soaked with cleanser.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SoHo Beauty Hub (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
